Unable to reach anyone by phone. No response to my email from yesterday. Mailman is afraid of my cat. Not my bobcat, mountain lion or lynx, my domesticated cat. Leaving mail on my car for anyone to take. Clear path to my mailbox, steps well intact as well. Actually received an alert in my USPS app about no access for delivery! What does that mean??? Nothing is in the way of my mail being delivered to my mailbox except for people who aren't interested in doing their jobs. Utterly ridiculous and unacceptable!!! ud83dude21
Called due to a few packages being delivered to the incorrect address. the gentleman I spoke with was so nice. He went to get my packages to deliver to my home!
I had issues with my mail because my house is in a stupid location. I called the general USPS number and I was contacted by the local McKeesport post office and they were super helpful and I've had no issues since. I wish UPS FedEx and Amazon drivers could learn from the McKeesport post office!
Small post office for a city of ~20,000 residents. No parking lot available. On street parking on bother sides of street. Usually fairly busy but wait times cam vary from 0-10 minutes. ALWAYS friendly service and are willing to help with transactions that you may not be sure of.
Employees are SUPER nice at this location. Good hours too.
