horibble customer service line. rude woman when you go inside. unacceptable.
It is completely unacceptable to have to wait 30-50 minutes for a customer representative. It is also completely unacceptable that a HUMAN is not answering the phone to begin with! People want to talk to People (((NOT MACHINES))). PUT OUR VETERANS TO WORK ANSWERING PHONES. I am sureThey would be more than Happy to have the job as well as Help People.nI am So Upset with these Damn Machines. ENOUGH ALREADY !!!!!
No parking. (Limited parking on street, on a hill) be careful, crazy drivers whizzing up and down the hill.
