I live on Diana street, and it seems we get mail whenever our mail carrier decides. I had packages scheduled for delivery on Friday, so I thought, Monday definitely, since no delivery of mail on our street Friday. I was wrong, no delivery today, either. I even have tracked the packages, got alerts and even took the day off to receive my much needed package. What a joke!!
I called today to speak with a supervisor named John a supervisor to figure out where my mails been directed after changing my address. Instead a younger African-American female answered and completely refused to give the phone to him. Then would not stop talking over me, she’d also said she was a supervisor which is completely untrue. It is important for postal workers to have respect for customers and give good customer service. Neither did she consider and this employee should be terminated. I’d never trust my mail with a human that wasAs rude and curses at a customer.
Although this office is not often open when it says it will be (Saturdays), and I have had some troubles with them in the past, the quality of service has gone up considerably in the last year or so - the weekday guy who works the window, Keith, goes above and beyond to make sure that customers receive their packages and mail in a timely manner.
My package was overnight on Friday 12 pm and still hasn't arrived .No customer service what's so ever...bad attitudes and I'm livid
Waiting for package to be delivered. Tracking said it was delivered a week ago but never received it. Either delivered to wrong address or wasn’t securely delivered to my residence. Second package that was supposedly delivered but never received.
