Normally this place has been fine and i think the women who work here are super nice, but my recent experience is terrible. Mailed a box 2 day priority. 2 weeks later, the tracking showed it never left pittsburgh so i filed a missing mail complaint. Box shows up to recipient 2 days later cut open and empty. I will never use USPS pittsburgh for something important again. UPS is right next door.

Insanely slow person at the front desk, I swear this women was part sloth. There were at least 7 people waiting in line and she didn't change her pace AT ALL. Waited 25 minutes just to be able to hand deliver some pre-posted mail that I had. There were only 3 people in front of me, it was ridiculous.

Thanks to the ineptitude of this office and the carriers they employ I have lost money, time, and Patience. They have no direct contact number, the only way to make a formal complaint is through the main office number and I don't have time to be on hold for over an hour at 10 in the morning. They need to pay attention to what they're doing, I'm losing important mail to neighbors that don't care and won't return wrongly delivered mail, but I always get four thousand sets of coupons that I don't need.
