The girl behind the desk is too busy on her phone to even make the lines go by faster. So annoying. Happens every single time, not just once.
hours for Saturday are listed open 9am -1pm ... they were not open..actually they are closed on Saturdays. Now as a business owner if I wasn't making any money I wouldn't go on tv and cry about it I would figure out that most people who want to mail packages ARE OFF ON SATURDAYS!
The person behind counter was probably the most inept individual I've ever encountered in customer service. Her first response was there are no supervisors there...I didn't ask for a supervisor??..This was her way of telling me she had no clue how to answer my question...nI only had a simple request to have my deceased father's mail stopped....I'm sure I'm not the first or only person that's had a parent pass!
This location regularly has ridiculously long lines because invariably there is only one person at the counter working! Federal unions so they don't have to worry about losing their jobs. Therefore you get abysmal customer service!
They never answer the phone at this place - probably because they know they will hear a complaint. Twice in the past week I received someone else's mail in my mailbox. Yesterday I finally received a check that I was waiting for. It took 5 days to arrive from Virginia. It normally takes two days. Not sure whether this is the fault of the mail carrier or someone at the facility.
