I was at this post office yesterday to buy stamps. Little did I know, it’s one of the busiest days of the year for the post office. Carol, West View’s postal worker all-star, kept the line moving. She knew some of the people in line by name. Carol makes going to the post office pleasant. She’s kind, efficient, and extremely patient.
