The worst service ever! Hate, hate, hate Usps! You do not work! Snails! My package was delayed for 3 days! Where is my package?! How do you get your salary for doing nothing?! The worst delivery ever! Learn how to deliver on time from Fedex, train your snail employees!!!!
They just go to my place and go back(without telling me) while I am at home all day waiting for my package. After that, I am notified that my address is not accessable (god knows why I saw their delivery truck in front of my apartment the other day).
Every package that requires a signature is late in some way. Either they will not deliver it on the date - or - they will say they knocked, but like many others reviewing here, that seems to be imperceptibly quiet.nnHowever, the person I have talked to at the desk/phone was interested in helping
While the staff is always very nice and helpful, but the wait is endless. They now have signs that say the customer is the most important thing, but clearly not. There were 10 people waiting in line and only one person at the counter. There were other people in the back, but even when you pushed the button that they asked you to push if you've waited longer than 4 minutes in line - still no one came out. So only go here if you have a long time to spend in line.
I ordered a package that was delivered by USPS. The package had tracking and my roommate was home the whole day that it was supposed to be delivered. I got an alert that said the package was delivered and my roommate immediately went outside to check. Nothing. I contacted USPS who opened a case to find out where my package was. After a few business days, I finally got ahold of someone from USPS who said that my package had been scanned and delivered to my address, even though I had never received it. The lady who I spoke with said that the driver had verified that he had delivers the package to my address. The part that really makes me angry is that I received a letter from someone (several houses down!) who had received my package. Either the driver lied or the lady that I talked to lied, but either way I wil not be using this USPS anymore.
