I have had several issues when using this post office in the past. I occasionally attempt to use it in good faith. Ignoring all past experiences, most recently I entered to mail a few documents. The employee hesitated to help me, and literally hid around a corner until I made eye contact. Then I was treated as if I was inconveniencing them. I was the only customer in the office, and nothing else was occuring to suggest I was interrupting something. The employee's behavior actual prolonged what would have otherwise been a quick and uncomplicated visit. I would not recommend using this branch.
This post office ALWAYS stinks of cigarette smoke when the thin older man is working. His attitude needs big adjustment. Acts like everyone is bothering him. I live in Millvale but drive to McKnight Rd to mail pkgs!!
Rude and ignorant. Avoid this post office at all costs.
Female clerk is so rude! Barely acknowledges customers nor asks them what they need. She needs to be fired or sent to customer service 101 training.nnUpdate: Sept 1- the female clerk (only working there) was not wearing a mask at all. No mask to be seen near her. Also policeman who was in the small post office was not wearing a mask
This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. There is always a problem every time I go. I’d literally rather drive 50 miles out of my way to mail something than to deal with this place again. No joke.
