Clerks not wearing masks. If the employees need more breaks please give them breaks! If the clerks need more comfortable masks, the post office should pay for them! But somehow please get your clerks to wear masks during covid so that this high-traffic post office that serves an elderly community can be a safe place. Thank you!
I've been going to the Bloomfield USPS for about 9 years now and have never felt compelled to leave a review until now. There was a time where I loathed going to this post office but still went because of the convenient location however I noticed a change about 3-4 years ago. The employees had a different attitude. They were professional, pleasant and just trying to do their best. I haven't had any significant issues with this location for years and I would definitely recommend it.
First and last visit to this USPS location.Unless things change.nnCame here on a weekday afternoon and was welcomed with a huge line .nFigured it might be a busy afternoon but when I finally got in , i saw there was just one person at the counter attending everyone .nSpent an hour and half just to post a simple letter as i did not have an envelope with a stamp.nnThey need to add more people to the counter specially during this pandemic . The line outside becomes just frustrating .
I sent a package on Tuesday and it was supposed to be delivered by Friday. Today is Sunday and it is still in transit. The destination is in Pittsburgh! I cannot believe delivering to such a close destination might be that tough. I should’ve sent it by other companies. It is the last time working with usps for sure! So disappointed
i found this P.O to be very nice. the people we're helpful and friendly and moved the Custies in and out promptly. very good with enforcing the new standardized social distancing. not long waits even though the line was half way down Liberty Ave.
