The postal carrier for 10th street came past my neighbor in her car . He was working hard and doing his thing. She stopped to ask him if he had her mail. He told her he already delivered it, but offered to walk to her porch and get it for her. It was a simple thing, but simple things are big deals, and I noticed . There is no way, through the postal service, for me to leave this guy an accolade. I wish I could

This is the third time that I have confirmed delivery but no package. I have also had boxes left on the ground by the road. Have filed complaint but have gotten no results. This is not acceptable service but the Sharpsburg office does not seem to care. Just reinforces terrible government service. Amazon should not be working with organizations so incompetent And uncaring. Will be calling amazon.

They always mark my packages as delivered by 4:30pm every time and guess what they don't come Until any where between 5-8pm. SAYS I HAD A PACAKGED DELIVERED AT 330 TODAY 01.25 GUESS WHAT ITS NOT THERE STOP MARKING STUFF AS DELIVERED BEFORE IT IS SO YOU DONT GET IN trouble do your job right

I have patronized the Sharpsburg Post Office for more than 25 years and have never once been disappointed. In fact, have been constantly impressed by their professionalism and dedication to customer service. You guys rock!

Better hours than the Etna office.
