REALLY A BIG FAT ZERO...My mom is 88 and her mail hasn't been delivered for over a week. Hers is the smallest box volume in the kiosk which is located about 1/4 mile from the house and sometime a couple days go by and she's been unable to make the walk to collect. One would expect that since she is older the delivery person would bring it to the house if it gets overfull (as they are required to do for parcel deliveries).nUpdate... her mailperson was on vacation and the sub took every shortcut possible. Finally found a link on USPS website to communicate via email. Customer service called her direct and sorted her out within 30 minutes. Her mail arrived with the emailed message attached on the first day that her delivery driver was back from vacation.
Somehow lost my package after I got a proof of delivery photo from DHL and tried calling 20 times and no one answers the phone. Horrible.
