I would like to thank the Post Master, Jessica of Mount Shasta Post Office for her hard work at helping me to get my package intercept completed. I am looking forward to getting my package back soon.
They have been returning my mail instead of honoring a formal forwarding notification. Now I'm in trouble with DMV and my insurance companies. They are the worst PO on the planet. And when you go in, they just don't care.
Most obnoxious rude woman ever encountered ...ever in a post office my husband is post traumatic brain injury survivor and speaks slowly . We are having issues getting mail forwarded. The post office is holding mail at last location and we dont know how to fill out change because its not typical situation. She didnt want to hear it. She actually asked what we wanted her to do about it. We walked out and now have to hope our post office 300 miles away will help us. She was beyond rude, unprofessional and is a bad example for the postal service. Will never go in there ever for anything.
If I could give zero stars I would. Jessica is the most rude person I have ever dealt with. After being told that I could not receive mail at my box but someone else can and I have to walk in to town to pick up my things, I was told that she wasn't going to argue with me and hung up. Pretty much not her problem. Will be reporting this.
I have had only positive experiences.
