Quick and friendly service. Honestly, at first, i didnt like the service I was getting at this place. I regularly would go to the Old Town location because I can't always find parking at the Henderson Center PO. So, if I go early in the morning, parking is better and I'm in-and-out in 10 minutes. Now, that these employees see me several times a week, they've had a nicer composure with me -- even taking the time to answer questions and starting random conversation with me. To me, its weird a job, lotsa hours and probably boring, so i take that into consideration when the employees dont behave up to par. Otherwise, they do a fairly good job for what it's worth.
There is not a long wait line and the staff is both friendly and professional.
If you call to see if they do notary you will be wasting your time and will not be able to find out at all! Horrible service!
The old man, Larry I believe, is absolutely rude and inpatient. He does not care to let you see if the address they put down from your package is correct or not. He will just move on and quickly submit the address. Worst Place ever. It’s not just because of Larry. But mostly because of him.
Very disappointed to have been told today that I could not buy postage for a package because it had the wrong postage label on it (the main post office off Broadway did not have this problem, I removed the label, bought more postage, and sent the package successfully at that location). Waste of my time.
