I'm not sure at all why there is only 2.5 stars for Woodland Post Office. Everytime I go in there, they are all so kind and helpful. Best Post Office! only thing bad is it gets busy, but so what. Honestly.
If you ever order something from Amazon, and the ones who are shipping your package turns out to be USPS, then good luck in getting it on time from here. I never received my Amazon package that USPS shipped even though it said that it reached to their facility in Woodland, and now I am struggling to get my second package that I ordered from Amazon Prime, yet this time again, it is USPS who are handling my Amazon Prime order. I chose 1 day shipping for Amazon, yet I am now waiting nearly 3 days for them to ship it to my house now from USPS Woodland facility. USPS Woodland should not be handling Amazon Prime packaging because it is causing me a headache now.
Never had an issue with them. Always been polite and I receive my packages quickly despite what’s going on in the world lately.
I just moved to Woodland, CA and this is the worst post office that I have ever dealt with. This is the one downside, so far, to moving to Woodland, CA. Dealing with the people here is the worst and they are SO rude and not helpful at all. I try not to deal with this post office as much as possible, I even go all the way to Vacaville, CA if I have to go to the post office for anything. Having to dealing with them for my regular mail is the worst and I have no other options. I am SO frustrated with this post office. Do not go to this post office to get anything done.
I LIVE ON ELSTON CIRCLE (WAY) AND FOR MORE THAN A YEAR NOW, MAIL IS BEING DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I COMMONLY GET NEIGHBORS MAIL AND THEY GET MINE. TODAY A CAR DROVE UP AND A YOUNG LADY HAD A LETTER OF MINE THAT SHE SAID WAS IN HER BOX. I DIDN'T RECOGNIZE HER AND IT TURNED OUT HER COMMUNITY BOX IS FAR FROM MINE ???? I'M LUCKY SHE TOOK THE TIME TO DO THE JOB THE POST OFFICE DELIVERY PERSON SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I'VE BEEN TO THE WOODLAND POST OFFICE TWICE WITH PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERIES OF PACKAGES, THAT INEXPLICABLY WERE IN THE BACK ROOM OF THE POST OFFICE, INSTEAD OF BEING DELIVERED? I NOW HAVE A TRACE ON A PACKAGE THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY DELIVERED 4 DAYS AGO. I GET NOTICES ABOUT WHEN THINGS ARE ON THE WAY AND WHEN THEY ARE ACTUALLY DELIVERED. I DON'T DOUBT THAT MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, JUST NOT TO ME. I WONDER IF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT AS A MAIL CARRIER AT THE POST OFFICE HAVE BEEN LOWERED SIGNIFICANTLY?nARE YOU HAVING PROBLEMS LIKE THIS WITH MAIL DELIVERY? IT'S BEEN REALLY FRUSTRATING AND THE WOODLAND POSTMASTER HAS DONE NOTHING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.
