Horrible customer service experience. The Asian lady was absolutely rude! I had the wrong label and she yelled at me and pointed to the label I needed while continuing to yell and direct me to the right label. When I walked back to the counter I asked her if she was having a bad day, I've never experienced this service at this location before. She then began to mumble under her breath which of course was inaudible due to her mask and remained rude through the entire transaction. She has no business working the counter with that negative attitude!
Don't drop off your packages to this location. They are not scanning the labels of the First Class packages. This is unacceptable. My packages waiting to be scanned for 6 days.nnEDIT: I have to change my feed back to 5 star since The USPS has been hit hard by the pandemic and past legislation that was made it harder for it to operate successfully. I understand that and I will keep using and buying more from USPS to support them.
Horrible experience, the Chinese lady or whoever nationality she is, is rude. Didn't want to take my packages, kept telling me I should drop them on the bulk mail platform. The main reason I dropped the packages was to have them possibly being shipped faster. But it's not a week since I dropped them off, and nothing is scanned.
2 of my packages have not been delivered. One is still in this location for over a month and the other has been there for 10 days. Contacted customer support and they gave their generic answer to contact the shipper instead. I feel bad for the shipper because they’re the ones responsible for refunding/replacing the package that the USPS lost.
My package was supposed to be delivered June 16th, 2020. It was last located at this USPS facility on June 15th, 2020 so, it should have been shipped and at my house the next day. I NEED my package for health reasons. I wouldn’t care (because of COVID) if I didn’t really need it. This isn’t the first time either. Along with that, I cannot get through to them because they aren’t picking up their calls. Idk what to do at this point. My job depends on this package. Smh.
