There were some problem employees in the past but the folks staffing this small office now are superb: efficient and very knowledgeable.
I have lived here for over 30 years and am always greeted kindly. I love our little post office!
Mediocre customer service. Not knowledgeable about my shipping questions. Lacking certain labels and stamps needed for special packaging.
I like my little post office. They must have hired a new clerk or 2, because every time I go in, they are kind (not like these 5 year old reviews). Sometimes there is a wait, but never a very long one. I would rather go here than all the way to Camarillo where they are always busy.
Terrible!!!! You walk in and never never never get greeted nor you get a smile from the clerks. I hate walking into the dumb post office, theirs a lady clerk that is so rude and always in a bad mood. It's not our fault she's not happy! If you have a question they rudely answer to you and they don't bother helping you. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS post office. I get our company's mail here that is the only only reason i come here. :(
