This post office is horrible....so many of my packages delivered to wrong apartment....luckily the neighbors know me. The post worker who delivers to our apt complex mistreats the mail and have found a boot mark on my mail multiple times from the postal worker using their foot to jam mail in my box. I got a notice that they had a package I had to pickup at the office so went down with my slip and they told me that it was already delivered to my apt. I asked why give me a notice that you had it here then and the said that they may have kept it the day before but decided to deliver it later on. Well that was all false they didn't deliver the package and she kept my slip and didn't give it back. 4 months later the package finally gets delivered to me.nThe worst is yet to come.....so now I don't get to vote in the election because they are withholding my mail from me and wont give me an explanation why but assure me I will get my mail at some point!!!! This is illegal but cant get any help from management as they tell me same thing and when I try to report to the tip top they accuse me of making it up. This office is activily with holding peoples ballots to sway the election!!!!

Most of the quasi-Gov employees here are Super Wonderfull. Not including Trump's Postmaster DeJoy who Has slowed down the mail right up to and beyond NOV 3, 2020 !

Received a package from the department store. The package was ripped and damaged. Instead of taking it to the front door of the house the mail carrier shoved it in the mail box, and the entire thing got damaged. I really wish post office could teach their employees how to do simple tasks such as that.

My Packages get constantly delivered to wrong addresses. I am getting tiered off that. Ok if it would happen once or twice but not 4-5 times a year. Frustrating calling constantly in and letting them know that my package was not delivered although a got a message that it was delivered. But what if one day I don’t get a message about the delivery? I wouldn’t get my package then at all? This is nonsense. Please be more careful.

If I could give negative stars I would!! unfortunately it seems like I have issues with my package being delivered almost every week, management is rude. How hard is it to deliver to a persons door or mail box and double check an address? And judging by all the other neg. Reviews I'm not alone.
