Horrible customer service. The mail is miss-delivered at least two times a week. I don't think the delivery guy can read. I called to bring this to the attention of the delivery manager. She was nice on the phone, but didn't call back as promised. Privatize the post office, kick them off the governmentnnI ordered a shirt, the company sent an email that it was delivered on 10/26/2020. No such delivery, talked to two postal carriers on my street, no help at all. These carriers steal from residents to do their holiday shopping. Fire them all and shut the USPS down. Just wait until all the mail-in ballots disappear too.
UPDATED REVIEW: Service has been improving over the last 2 months even considering all that is going on with the USPS. 1 star to 3 stars for keeping us going and working out some of the issues. If it continues to improve we will update our rating further.
I had a package delivered to the wrong address. The staff went above and beyond, especially the supervisor Michelle. She handled my situation with care, and took care of the issue. I got my package the same day. I am super happy with these guys. If i could give more stars i would. Thank you so much!!
My mail carrier is the laziest most incompetent mailman I ever had. He broke my mailbox right of its post, because he stops on an angle and yanks the lid open. He tosses packages up the walkway, because he's too lazy to walk up it.(There are no steps). He frequently delivers mail ten doors down. To prevent this from happening, I wrote the house number in black on the inside of the lid, with one number in red. He still does it. I reported these instances along with pictures, and nothing was done about it. I detest this post office. Go to the one on Galena.
This is my experience at the actual location.nThe line is somewhat a bit of wait but impatient people are always making me impatient!!! Otherwise it is fine. While I was here a guy in the line said he was living the BACHELOR lifestyle and he DIDNT shower today out loud in public to the post woman. They seemed to have a friendly thing going. I’m very young so I thought this was weird.nThe line takes awhile but ONCE you get your package sent ITS done!!!!!!!!!
