I drop at least 30-40 packages every week at USPS, the lady at the very side will be very rude. She’ll greet u but make u return ittwice .Last time, I asked for a box she didn’t give me one, she look at me weirdly & let me know to order online. However, when other customer asks for a box she him gave two. Please treat everyone fairly. The 5 packages she said not scanning was accepted by other usps branch. How is that possible?nnThe code is very clear, the name is very clear she could have type it but she don’t care if u fall in line for one hr she don’t offer resolution.nnNormally other staff are amazing & nice even the supervisor except the lady.
If I could give -10000 stars, I would. I called due to getting a letter in the mail about a damaged package and was yelled at that they were closed and to call tomorrow. Never yell at someone. It's rude and completely disrespectful. If I was her supervisor, she would be fired on the spot. You know how many people are currently looking for jobs due to being laid off because of Covid? Time to set up job performance reviews and consider hiring some nice qualified people to work there. I worked in customer service for 22 years......Just my opinion.........
Long line to buy stamps. Jacob the supervisor was extremely helpful and patient assisting me on purchasing stamps through the kiosk machine. Great customer service ud83dudc4d
Normally the staff is amazing and very helpful although that was not the case today! I went on may 7th to ship a mother's day package paid 52 to have it there by Saturday. Got a call from Caroline stating I put too many labels on it i need to come remove one or pay another 100 to ship express.... so I asked if she could remove the un needed one and ship out how I had ALREADY PAID for. Today is the 13 and my mom has still NOT RECIEVED her package. I look up the tracking number and it tells me my package is still here in Simi Valley. Today I go and try to find out whats going on and immediately Caroline is like well you wouldn't come up here (like that was an inconvenience... umm pretty sure me being here today with you and your manager holding up the line is MORE INCONVENIENT than peeling off a simple label) goes on to twll me that I wouldn't pay the 100 so its still shipping and refused to tell me where my package was or if there was a new tracking number. This is the WORST customer service I have EVER HAD
If I could give them a negative number, I would. Very bad Service. Mail keeps getting delivered to another address. Had a package that required a signature, mail man just stuck a notice in the mailbox and drove off, never even tried to come to the door. Very upset. Never seen this before. There's no justice either.
