I had a package scheduled to be delivered on August 1st. Informed delivery said it was out for delivery. I had other packages delivered that day as well as regular mail. Then I get the message: Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location. Really? More like: It's Saturday and I just want to get done. Not only that but it also said they would attempt delivery again on their next business day. Nothing happened. They didn't try to deliver it again. I had to put in a request for them to deliver it.
I’m pretty sure the mail person doesn’t even come everyday. I’ve had a package at their facility since Monday and yet when they delivered the package today that they said they “attempted” to deliver last night, they didn’t bring it. What the heck is going on with your drivers. Absolutely ridiculous. Comes speeding through my property, if he comes at all. Terrible service idk why anyone willing uses the USPS anymore, you guys have gotten absolutely terrible.
They refuse to pick up their phones during their normal hours. And I’ve gotten many fragile packages broken. I know it’s hard to ship with someone else because it’s literally the post office but do your best.
Completely unable to deliver mail to the correct mailboxes. Packages continuously delivered to neighbors, and some damages due to being left out in the rain (at the wrong house). Other times I’ve literally watched from my window as the carrier drives up to the mail box, writes out a “sorry we missed you” card and drives away without attempting to deliver a package, forcing me to drive down to the post office the next day to get my package. Lazy lazy lazy employees that need to be fired. Complaints have never been addressed. For people overpaid to drive you would expect more. Defund the postal service. Privatize it!
I own a business downtown with a nice neon sign that says open with zero obstructions to my front door, I don’t know why this carrier cannot seem to deliver my packages. Four times now I have not gotten my things delivered to me on time. I saw her a day late one time and she told me she didn’t think my business would be open that day so she didn’t bother stopping, it was not a holiday. Today I saw her drive up and pull away, then I get a delivery attempted email. I’m getting pretty tired of this.
