I've lived in rural areas, and large cities, and I've never had any trouble with the post office, until I moved to Porterville. There are days when my entire apartment complex gets skipped. Mail is also consistently delivered late. I'd give zero stars if I could. Really unacceptable.
They dont care about their customers. Ive had many issues with them. My packages dont get delivered. I track all my packages, i get notified when my packages are 'deliver' and they arent. I always have to go in and complain and they always say 'it was delivered ' when they have them. Horrible service!
ALWAYS receive half my mail one day then half the next. I was counting on the letter to be mailed today the informed delivery site even said it would get here but typical every letter but the one I expected arrived. Last time I received important legal documents crumbled up and stained. These people are something else.
Horrible . Plz don’t go here . Horrible customer service . They don’t care about costumers and they don’t care about their mail. I feel like they go through my mail. My mails always damage and delivered late and I’ve had enough of it
LAZY/UNPROFESSIONAL. Our mail man won't deliver packages to my door step but they can leave me a note saying they could not go inside my property because no entry available....I HAVE NO FENCE!!! so then i have to go to the post office and pick it up myself, why pay for shipping if they wont deliver? tried to explain to worker at desk but did not seem to care, just said they could not reach my door because of locked gate, to which i replied, i do not have any fencing in my front yard or near the door. now when i order anything and it comes by USPS this is how it goes......n1) they put letters in mailbox and drive off to next housen2) I go and check mailbox for package (small that fits inside) its not theren3) look to my left and make eye contact with mail man and SLAM mailbox shut, and walk awayn4 )mail man comes back gets package and puts in my mailboxnNow sure you may say but maybe he forgot it. NO this has happen multiple times. and sure sometimes the box is a little big that will not fit inside box but they should be able to get off their butt, do their job and take the package to the door but NOOOOO! its too much to ask of them. seriously the USPS is the WORST delivery method out of all.
