great customer service.
I’ve used this post office all the time to drop packages off at. The only downside is you can’t have much service inside, but I usually have my packages prepaid through PayPal and I go inside to drop them off.
I called this post office to check on something for a customer (I work for an online retailer) as they said their package was marked delivered yesterday, but had not gotten the package. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Steven (or Stephen?) who said he would call the carrier out on the route rather than wait until he gets back to speak to him. Not 5 minutes later he called me back and said the carrier put the package in a parcel locker the day before and just did not put the key in there. He apologized and said the carrier was actually at the box when he called and said the customer would be getting the correct key immediately and should be able to get the package out today. Great customer service, timely and a very friendly gentleman. Top notch!
It seems like the same person left 3 bad reviews not cool. I'm leaving a good review because I have had pleasant experiences here. I did go on a wild goose chase once for a package that was returned but that wasn't their fault.nnThey answer the phone, and they help customers. They are nice and have parking. They are not a normal post office though, they have limited service which is only related to a few things.
Don’t mail anything out from this office!!!!!!!!! My mail got lost, or never delivered and I found out after the fact from numerous people that their mail got lost in the mail as well from mailing out of this office now I’m having to call all credit companies and put my SSN on fraud alert!!!!!!!!!!
