Love this post office lines barly ling but maybe Christmas time. Workers are nice helpful. Only thing change is po box to be open 7 days a week so grt the mail n open tell 8
Pick any other post office. Everyone here is rude. They refused to mail my package because it a lithium ion batter in it. But there website clearly states that if the batter is permanently installed in the device then it is allowed and that was the case in my situation. They watched me box it. I literally went to a different post office and did everything the same and they had zero issues. I don’t know what the deal is with customer service at this location.
To those who think service is slow, it is because they take the time to really take care of each person's situation!! they are SUPERB!!!!!
John is certainly a piece of work. He demanded I sign my credit card with his pen. When I refused and used my own pen he insisted he couldn’t see my signature unless I use his. I burst out laughing. What a control freak.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Longest lines, slowest service, rude employees.
