I've shipped around 2500 packages through the Cotati post office in the past year and I've never had any issues. Definitely provides excellent service, very understanding staff and they're very helpful.nnThe location tends to be fairly low traffic (majority of the time) too so that definitely is a bonus.nnThe only reason it's 4/5 is because of the hours, specifically that noon shutdown for an hour was sometimes extremely inconvenient.

terrible service from the bald white guy at the counter I guess he doesnt value his job but we should see about that no hello nothing just rude rude rude i wouldnt even give them one star but i had to so maybe he reads this and rethinks his actions and maybe learn customer service
My package is over a week late... cant leave a message on after hours phone... mail doesn't normally come until after 5pm anyways why not take a message after hours... disappointed but understand it is the holidays. The tracking said it is at the post office and was suppose to be delivers to my house today and I didn't get any pink or yellow slip to pick it up at the post office either. It was originally suppose to be at my house the 13th. Then got updated it was going to arrive at my house the 19th... still nothing. What is going on? It's not the people I bought it from I already called them. Please make it a point to train your employees to have better costumer service also... and update your phone service to better help your customers. We should be able to leave a message for a call back later.....
Friendly they tell you what's going on nice and simple and then get you in and out fast
