Temp mail lady refuses to get out of her car to deliver packages claiming her back hurts. She has no explanation as to why she’s only temp mail carrier who does this. She was confronted and proceeded to throw my phone on the ground. I have it all on video. Filed 2 complaints already against her. I am now filing a third and a police report. Postal employees at the post office in Rio Vista are very nice and helpful just not her
Respectful and attentive front counter service.. Though not busy at all during my visit.
Nice people in the post office. Mail carrier consistently brings vacation held mail past return date. quite annoying.
Consistently deliver mail to the wrong address.
The carriers have lost multiple packages and constantly deliver to the wrong addresses. Absolutely infuriating that such a basic job can't even be performed.
