Shout out to the team here! There was a mistake getting a package delivered to my home. Elliot, our mailman, found the package and made a Christmas miracle happen. Thanks to the entire team for always giving us great service.
PLEASE ask your drivers to slow down on tiny private roads in Lompico - just saw a carrier driving at least 30mph down my little road, almost nailed a loose dog she didn’t see. On the way back she was going around 20mph and had to swerve and slow to avoid the same dog. Next time it could be a kid.
My package was out for delivery, did not show up, at 4:57 I got a message from the tracking on my phone that says a notice was left that my receptacle was blocked which is BS, there’s nothing blocked, all they had to do was put it on my porch like they always do, instead he just drives away with my package that I really wanted, and PAID FOR, to be delivered today. Not happy!

I have found the personal at this post office to be exceptionally rude and irrational. Locked the door on me as I was entering the office at 4pm. Approximately 15 minutes before they locked the door on me. I had been at the counter to mail my package. I was in the lobby changing the format of the label due to the request of the clerk at the desk. When reentering that's when they locked me out. I had been in the office before and on a different day to mail a package the same clerk was complaining about his job. It is very inconvenient to have drive to Scott's Valley or Ben Lomand to get reasonable service.
