I love the convience and the postal workers have always been friendly and helpful. I have lived here 27 yrs and never had a less that positive experience with our cute little Post Office. It's been my experience in life that one's own attitude gets mirrored back at them. I assume the best of people and am rarely disappointed, I have a relative who assumes the worst of people and he is rarely disappointed. Go figure. But do Support our Postal Service! Don't let 'he who shall not be named' take it away...

Don't go here during the Covid pandemic if you can avoid it. I went in to get packages from a PO Box and there were 8!!! people lined up inside the small mail box room waiting for help. There is no air flow through this space and everyone was barely 6' apart--they have the line snaking around the edge of this large walk-in closet rather than outside the building.nnI left and my wife is going to try later when, hopefully, they'll be less busy.nnWe appreciate the employees here and have found them to be kind and competent for the most part. It's not fair that they have to work in these conditions.

Giving one star only because it won’t let me do zero. I’ve never been treated so poorly by an employee repeatedly. I’ve been yelled at, talked down to and disrespected for the last time there. It’s always the same lady with the pony tail. I don’t know how she is still employed. Whatever you do, don’t ask her to do her JOB and help you figure out how to best mail something. Please, just go to Bartells.

I love the staff here. Super friendly. The place is small, and it gets pretty busy sometimes, but they always give me the time I need to send my packages out right. Special kudos to Jeanette!

Great customer service. Especially when dealing with Lake Stevens finest.
