Staff friendly and were able to help. Packages were delivered on time.
Staffs kept chatting between themselves, while there are serveral customers waiting. This is the worst post office I have even been.nVery inefficent. Will never go there again.
I brought a box to them to ship on a Friday. The box used to contain alcohol, but I brought it in unsealed to show them it didn't, specifically saying that to the employee. I then sealed it in front of them, they accepted it, and took my $29.11. It was returned it to me the next day with a sticker saying that the alcohol labelling made it ineligible to send. Unfortunately, I was about to leave town, and they were closed on Saturday, so I repacked it and sent it via UPS. Today, after my trip, I brought the box in to get a refund, since they knowingly accepted a box labeled alcohol, and that was their mistake. They refused to refund my money. Incompetence and horrible customer service.
The most complacent and uninspired staff anywhere. Long lines almost always. They also lose like 40% of my packages
