I will truly miss the services I received from James and Martha, along with everyone else who worked at this Post Office. Anytime I couldn't get what I needed from Morgan Hill or Gilroy's post office, San Martin's office would help me out. Always exceptional service whenever I had to utilize their services. Thank you for everything.
Just watched YouTube video of 1st amendment audit. None of the employees knew their own rules and regulations, very disappointing.
Staff great, but they need more people to help with putting your mail in your box. If you see a delivery on a Friday they don’t enter it in as received until after they’re closed. So a Thursday urgent package will have to wait until Monday for pick up. And if you have a schedule that matches their business hours you’re totally phuced. Your Thursday urgent package will have to sit there until the following Saturday. I’ve had to use vacation time from work JUST to get packages because of their low staff conditions. Why do you have only ONE person mainly sorting on Saturdays when you hear there’s more than one person there? One of life’s mysteries I guess.
These men and women go above and beyond! Always friendly and often bend over backwards to ensure a pleasant customer experience. If all posts offices operated in this manor UPS and FedEx would not be able to exist!
San Martin Post Office staff are the best ever.
