Shipping a package was efficient and the postal service staff friendly and helpful. In general, have found this an efficiently run Post Office.
I went a couple weeks ago and Maria was the staff person who served me and she was great. I had a lot on my mind and wasn't paying attention when writing an address on a package and had to re-do it, and Maria was patient and good humored about it. Customer service like that means a lot and I really appreciated it.
Extremely rude service. I haven't been to a post office in years (it's 2020, welcome to the online world). I simply went to the counter to ask how to mail something and got berated that I didn't have everything prepared already and treated like I was dumb for not knowing how to set up the labels and package. Inexcusable behavior from the worker. The nasty tone didn't end there, but no need to waste more words here on the review. Just expect to be treated like a child when you go there and make sure to not ask any questions.
Truly unprofessional. Rude to other customers and sending them to the back of the line for simple items. My personal experience was fine, but i witnessed the staff being rude to other customers.
The service is very quick by self machine but old age staff was very angry always..need new staff here quickly
