The postal workers are very friendly and answered all the questions. Easy to navigate the building.nThe parking is very difficult. If you have a long, large car do not park in the back.

Funny thing cant get a package delivered correctly but they have no problem getting me a court summons or a bill ud83eudd37ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0fud83eudd26ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0f

USPS is the worst in every way possible oh you have a job? Good luck ever getting an item they didn’t even attempt to deliver in the first place. Defund the post office it’s a garbage service that needs to be dispelled and a waste of tax payers money

The absolute worst phone experience I’ve ever had. as terrible as going to the physical location is (long wait, unfriendly staff, no parking, etc.) The phone center is worse. Actively unhelpful in everything you would need to make a phone call for and it’s impossible to speak to a representative, as in there’s no option in the phone menu. Unbelievable.

Dropped off three packages on the same day. Set on the same counter, pre-paid.n-1 was not scanned and lostn-1 was not scanned but delivered, but I can’t close the sale without confirmation of deliveryn-1 package was scanned and delivered.nnFront window staff is kind and helpful, but overwhelmed and understaffed. Management followed up on my complaint. Don’t go at noon, the line is always long for lunch.nnASK WHAT OPTIONS YOU HAVE. There are cheaper shipping methods, like a free large envelope with $7.95 tracked shipping. I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t asked for help.
