Come early to avoid any wait time. I arrived before noon and was assisted promptly — Arlene helped me get my package ready in minutes. This location has a self-service kiosk and well stocked with packaging supplies. The day I went there were two associates available and less than 5 people inside so it was a very quick visit.
Refused to ship my package due to some error. Never responded to my voicemails, did not answer the phone. When I went to the post office to handle it they said they couldn't help me. They said the manager would call me back but never did. They had my package but returned to sender anyway. Incompetent workers. Avoid this place
Terrible staff. They lied and tried to sell me expansive express service. I only needed a certified mail service and they said they do not have it and I have to use priority express, which is 3 times the price! hehe it is right behind the counter and I can see it! Also tried to ask me to pay for a priority express when I purchased a money order, saying it is the only way to see if people received it?! They are probably on commission and are dying to sell you expansive service.
The Chinese lady is rude & bossy. They also lost my mail!
Horrible service!!! Slow and disorganized. Staff very rude and extremely untrained
