Went for infant passport application. Paid $35 to this acceptance center. The name she asked me to make out the check for was wrong. “State department” instead of “US department of state” The amount she asked me to put in was wrong. $186 instead of $156. I wanted my babies passport to be processed as soon as possible and paid extra for the service. Instead due to the employees blunder, I had to waste time resending a new check to New Hampshire.
Came here at 1:30 PM on Wed March 13, 2019 for passport services. There was a little waiting but once we were called to submit our application, the process was pretty quick. The passport clerk explained everything to us clearly and made sure we understoodnour options. We were out by 1:50 PM. I would definitely come back to renew my passport here
I am extremely pleased with the passport service that the Alviso Post Office provided me. Thank you to clerk for the good customer service experience.
This place is too cool! Went there at 8:00 hoping lane will be more...but was the first one :) ..just that passport services open by 10 .ample parking available(free), come prepared with something to pass the clock..there are park chairs outside which can be used.Counter lady was courteous ,unfortunately they don't click photographs here nowadays. Best to get it handy from costco-5$.
This is for Passport: very slow moving line, One clerk at counter. Be prepared to wait atleast 2 hrs so if u have infant better look at some other location.
