Like others, I naively thought packages dropped there would be picked up.nWeeks later and still nothing delivered, nothing showing in tracking. This box is just a black hole, and if you want your stuff to be shipped, stay away from it.
This used to be an okay spot for me to return boxes (but it was often full), but the last dropoff I had on Aug 16 is missing, so my guess is it was stolen or never picked up. I was able to put my item in the box and close the door, but there were several boxes just left outside the full box.
My package also did not show up in tracking, after a month. It seems like all of the complaints about this location started after COVID, is it possible that either they stop checking this location or it has been constantly visited by thieves? Either case, UPS should be responsible.
I dropped of a package June 5, Im having a similar experience to people below. DO NOT go to this location until they fix it. I’m loosing a lot of money and it’s insane. UPS claims this location is active but I would not go here. Hoping they can give some answers.
I dropped my package to this dropbox one week ago on a weekend afternoon but it seemed stolen since it was on top of the dropbox which could be easily taken by thieves. Do NOT use this dropbox instead go to UPS store for your package shipping!
