I was declined in getting the us passport services because the lady who was in charge to do it was very incompetent and acted unprofessionally saying that my certificate of naturalization is not an ID where on travel.state.gov clearly states that it’s an ID I can provide it along with DS-11 form to get my first us passport. She asked for valid driver’s license, but driver’s license is not Must have, it’s a privilege.nVery awful experience, especially when I was trying to do passport for my two 2 years old kids too and getting them prepared plus preparing all needed documents was a big challenge.
The people here seem genuinely kind and helpful. It makes going to the post office pleasant again.
I was declined in getting the us passport today at this location, I have all the documents requested because I went yesterday and a cs told me what should I bring to the appointment today, but the lady who was in charge to do it was very incompetent, and rude, she has an attitude so unprofessional, she told me that my active Driver license and a print out of my real id where NOT VALID as an identification!!, she told me to wait until I get the real id to present it to her and then set up an appointment again, she dropped the forms in front of me and told me that she did not wanted to see me again, of course, after I told her that she did NOT have any unknowledge of what she was doing there.nI have a valid Passport now... which I presented to her, all what I wanted to do is to get an updated one because I've made a change recently on my middle name. Not difficult to do right ? Well...nVery awful experience! Toxic people like this (Filipin lady) not supposed to work as customer service.
Why is there not ever enough staff? ALWAYS a line, ALWAYS a wait. The staff know they hold all the power and they like to wield it. Please fund The USPS. Go vote.
This review is strictly based on their hours. I have a mailbox at the Los Gatos post office and since they no longer have Sunday hours I can rarely get my mail. It’s ridiculous!
