When we travel, we do the online request to hold mail. On a recent trip we arrived home and all our mail had been accumulating in our mailbox. This isn't the first time this happened. The last time we did a hold request, it took several days after our end date before we got our mail. Sometimes they get it right, but sometimes they don't. When I get the opportunity, I also mention it to our mailman, but the carriers have been changing so I have no idea who was delivering our mail while we were gone. Mail hold is a simple, but important request. Sure wish they could manage this better.
Worst service. 3 people working and 1 register open and 15 people in line.
