This is an almost hidden drop off station very close to our house.nWe needed a notary to give authorization and fond this place since it was very close to us.nThe lady at the register helped us a lot from beginning to end.nShe was very meticulous attention to detail and explained to us every step with patience. Also, she informed us how we can do the apostle and read us a document then give a copy of instructions.nWe got everything done perfectly.nAfter a week or so we had to send a registered letter and return receipt. She was helpful and guided us with the best and cheapest way to send.nOverall, we are very satisfied with this location and we will use this station from now on for air postal needs for sure.
Do not go here for prints!!nnThis location was just purchased and I was informed by new owner that he is not certified to do fingerprints.
I had mixed experience initially because I thought the lady was not veyr patient to customers but actually she would try her best to help you. I appreciated her help. Time will tell.
Very rude, unfriendly service.nThe man hold me there while he finished a phone call and I already been there and waiting for 5 mins.nnAnd he asked me for extra $2 dollars- just to put a paper on the box.nnI was just questioning what the 2 dollar is asking for before I pay, the staff said to me: I don’t have time to argue with you. And asking me to take my parcel back...
Mailed a 12x12x5.5 box to Hawaii in a USPS box that usually costs $20 at the post office no matter how much it weighs. They charged me $35 at this place, probably because of processing fee?nnI think I’ll stick to the post office. Faster service and A LOT cheaper too!
