I am so upset with this post office. They delivered my mail to the wrong address. I called 4 times for them to fix their error and they have not. Now I just keep getting a busy signal. It has been a month and the problem is still not fixed. They have cheated me out of over $100 since they cannot properly read an address. Furthermore it happend two more times! Someone needs to fix this immediately!
I have never had a problem with the employees at this post office, but sometimes the customers can be very rude. My experience at this post office is that the employees will go out of their way to help me with what I need, even helping me bring packages to my car. I've been doing business here for more than 20 years, & hopefully, another 20.
Hillsdale location easy in and out same for post office location blossom hill. People at these locations are friendly and helpfull
Nice USPS! Very helpful staff too. They will suggest the best way to send your stuff. Can have some lines if you come during busy hours!
