Some sales representatives are nicer than others and the queue can be a bit long at times but overall, nothing much to complain about to be honest.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, line was short and service was quick!
There is at least one extremely rude employee there who goes out of her way to be difficult. You'll know her when you meet her. Don't let her get to you- just get back in line and see someone else if she isn't helping you. There are some perfectly helpful employees there. Better to laugh at the absurdity than to let it get to you.nnI actually haven't been there in a while, but I have to go today. Been dreading it hahahaha.nnI wish the mailman would just leave the packages on the stoop like Fedex and UPS are doing now :)
The most incompetent postal facility we have ever encountered. Restructure your facility and processes and can your lazy postal employees.
