If I could leave less than one star I would.nI have a PO Box there less than one month, two packages are missing already..nOn the tracking number it says that it was delivered and signed by Cathy ( she works there) , she says she remembers getting the package and on my question where is the package, she answers “I don’t know”...nnThere is no manager at this location, no one who can investigate. They gave me the phone number of someone to call ( it doesn’t answer)..nnI think there is a thief at this location.nI’m not trying to be rude but two packages out of two (from expensive websites) are missing.nCheap stuff from amazon getting delivered without a problem..nnAnd the worst thing is that nobody cares..

This place is a joke. Lazy, incompetent employees. No wonder the USPS is in dire financial hardship. You dig your own grave. Degenerates operate the post office now.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman working was anything but helpful and refused to even answer a question. They lost my package that was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days and refused to even look up the tracking. Do not go here!

Absolutely horrible - it doesn't even deserve the 1 star.nnI did two (2) 2-day return shipments on two (2) identical boxes going to the same exact address, and one of them came back to my return address the next day. When I told the lady at the front desk what had happened, all she did was look flustered and confused. She kept telling me that she couldn't help me, so I asked her who could. She then called on the other girl at the front desk and they went at it for about 5-10 minutes. The other lady told me that she could give me the phone number to her manager. I asked her if she could kindly make the call, but it took another 5-10 minutes of her and the other girl at the front desk going back and forth with one another... I was getting fed up with their services and had to really put my foot down in the kindest but most stern way possible. I felt absolutely horrible for having to do so, however, all I wanted was service and answers as to why 1 box was out for shipment and the other was returned, and if the box that was returned wasn't going to be delivered within 2 days, which is what I payed for, then I wanted some kind of compensation. Instead, I had to talk to their manager who was completely unhelpful, and long story short, these boxes were supposed to reach their destination in order for me to receive a refund for products I didn't even order. On top of that, I had to pay for 2-day shipping on two (2) boxes, one of which may not be even be delivered on time. I will most definitely not be coming back to this location and will be doing my research on their rude manager for her awful customer service.
