I had a very good experience with Lorena at this branch. She was very helpful and patient. Exceptional service.

Seeing the 2 star rating and abundant 1 star reviews, I steel myself and prepare to do battle with the ogres of a postal hellscape. As I arrive, I take a deep breath, open the door and…it’s a Post Office. Smaller than some, but otherwise like every other post office I’ve ever been in. I didn’t encounter the short sourpuss many reviewers complained about, so I can’t comment on that. In fact, my clerk was friendly and thanked me for waiting.

I think I have currently called this post office 14 times today alone just trying to get ahold of someone that called me yesterday. Not once did anyone answer, so either they're not even bothering to answer, or they know that someone's calling and just hangs up immediately.

I was in this post office some couple of weeks ago and an official post office agent behind the counter charged me overnight service for 2 parcels. First, I will mention I did not request such service, as a matter of fact, I said as soon as I approached the counter I said: “ no insurance & regular service only, “ when I came time for me to sign for the service, she said the amount of the service is $27. I reconfirmed, I said” $27 total” and she said “yes”. The 2 boxes i was sending was going to 2 different addresses. I placed a post-it note on each box with the recipients name and address attached as well. It turns out the total of the bill was $27 per box as the agent arranged next day service, of which I didn’t request and to make matters worse, she nixed up the addresses on the 2 parcels. So, not only was the fee a ridiculous $27 per box but they were sent to the wrong addresses.nI was in the post office, a couple days ago, to speak to the individual who assisted me to make her aware of the error she made, and she was unapologetic and refused to be accountable for the mistake. The supervisor came out, Ms, Joyce Perez who after I explained to her again what occurred said “ I have to investigate”. That she couldn’t do anything for me at this time. My thought was this is her attempt to give me the run-around, but she assured me she’d call me next day. She did, but i was not near my phone. She left a non informative msg. I phoned the post office at their local number and after several attempts, about 10 times, phone rang continuously.nnI will update with this review with Ms. Perez’s remedy to this matter.and add or subtract stars based on her response.

The mail is always slow or not delivers at all I have called in several times
