The employees are so rude especially the Older lady. She even made me over paid my package!!
They are only open for four hours a day, they really need to put in a self-service kiosk.
This USPS office is open weekdays from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm then closes for lunch and reopens from 1:45 pm to 4:00 pm unlike other Bay Area post offices. Open for 4 hours and 15 minutes daily is not a good public service. Do they get a part time pay? I guess not. If this is a private business, it won’t survive with such a scanty service time. How about a new term, “Postal Hours”? It should surely beat “Banker’s Hours”.nnI bet this branch exemplifies one of the reasons why the USPS has long been tax payer’s burden.
Nobody ever picks up the phone.
They Locked the Door! If you work Monday thru Friday, and they lock their door after hours, how are you going to get your mails? That's ridiculous. Don't rent a mail box here if you don't have to.
