I love this location! It’s a small office but normally no(or a short) waiting line. The staffs are super friendly, very polite and respectful! I normally go there in the morning, and their smile always made my day.

Between the US Post Office on Sullivan Ave and this one on Southgate Ave, I'd choose this one hands down. It's not the greatest or largest post office in Daly City, but the service is pleasant, quick and the line actually moves. Parking is usually impossible after 12pm at this location, but at least it's not as unnecessarily crowded.
As post offices go, this one is decidedly above average. The two different clerks I've encountered have always been efficient and polite. There is rarely anyone in line. In my opinion, its the best post office in the area. I run a business from home and go to a USPS about 3 times a week and this is one of my go-to post offices. NEVER had any of the problems described below LOL -- I have no idea what they're talking about.
Such bad service! They cannot get anything right. If you leave notices for redlivery the courier doesn’t follow directions, he gives a verbal yes that an item will be delivered and he doesn’t carry out through. It’s like a bunch of headless chickens running the office with an exception of two. Steer away from this place and don’t utilize them if you are using Amazon.
