We went to this post office with our 16-month-old boy for his passport. Taking a picture of him for the passport was never easy, but the post office lady who helped us was very professional, kind, and patient with the young child, making the whole process much easier than we expected.
Recently remodeled after someone tried to park their car in the front lobby. It was closed for months. The new staff here are really friendly, the office is brand new and the line doesn't seem to take too long. It's the only post office I know with an ocean view so it's not a bad place to wait in line. I often go take a peak at the waves before leaving.
Is there a zero stars? Worst post office, insisted I buy 4$ of tape because they don’t tape packages or provide any tape.
This location is currently closed.nThey are still working behind the store on sorting mails and packages, but the retail front is currently closed. Heard some drunk driver drive the vehicle into and break the store front. They don't know when is reopening date for the retail front. Better go to Linda Mar location if you need services.
called & reported misplaced mail today & spoke to Beth (2x this year). I was told that that was pretty good compared to every day in other areas. She suggested that I work there to find out how hard they work. What a customer service attitude.
