Would give 0 stars if I could. They not only loose packages, but blame it on you or on FedEx a lot of the time. Why would Fedex have my package if I didn’t send it there, receive an email from them, or use FedEx as a delivery service (I used UPS)? Best part is FedEx didn’t even have it after she argued with me for 5 minutes that they did. It’s been 3 days of working with then and I still have no idea where my package is that has my wedding band so I can get married next week. Linda who works there is awful and makes me want to cry :’(
Step up covid process! People wear masks, but doors are not propped open for airflow. Too many customers inside hanging around talking and waiting. PO staff leave slips instead of leaving keys for pickup! Stop forcing face to face interaction! Staff overworked too busy. Nobody at the package pickup. No outside wait area Stanford is so mindful and careful' and yet this post office on campus, just does whatever :(. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is that I have always had good prompt service before the pandemic.
Scheduled a passport photo and application submission at the USPS on stanford campus weeks in advance. Upon arrival day of, we were informed by staff that there was inadequate equipment and film to complete the appointment even though we were the first appointment of the day. Supervisor and staff were unapologetic. When I asked the supervisor to inform customers in advance in the future if the office could not fulfill a scheduled appointment, she replied that I should expect to have issues with the passport process and expect to go to multiple locations to get the photo successfully taken. She continued to try to redirect blame when a simple apology to work to professionally obtain the film and inform customers in advance in the future would have sufficed.
This location continues to have personnel and management issues. After bringing wheelchair accessibility issues to the manager's attention twice, she continues to refuse to take responsibility for the issues (stating she has personal connections to wheelchair users so therefore she understands) or fix them in a systematic matter that prevents them from recurring. A shame because this is a very convenient service on campus (the only reason for 2 stars).
The worst. Not only do they not keep track of packages, I was given a package belonging to a COMPLETELY different person who wasn’t even in line by the senior manager because she couldn’t bother to check to make sure the package belonged to the right person. Beyond that, the package I was given was a care package sent months ago by my mom and they didn’t give me the package that had just been delivered to my PO. They completely ignore parcel pick up customers, don’t pick up the phone, and don’t care to make sure you get the correct package. I never review, but I am beyond annoyed that I have had to go back 3 times and not a single one have I gotten the package that was delivered to me, that I paid for.
