Wow what a disgusting location. I walked in and there were three clerks sitting there, I asked a question, no answer. No one even looked up. I asked three more times and none of them responded. I proceeded to ask ‘hello??’ and still no answer. That’s disrespectful and downright DISGUSTING. You should all lose your jobs if that’s how your treat other human beings. You should be ashamed of yourselves, all of you.
The employees here are SO kind, knowledgable, friendly and helpful! This is truly the best USPS I’ve used—it’s clean, well-stocked, and there is hardly ever a wait (and if there is, the employees are so apologetic). Thu in particular is an absolute sweetheart!
Conveniently located USPS near Cal Ave downtown. The staff are polite and helpful considering it's USPS.nnTHEY ARE OPEN NOW (JULY 2020), EVEN THOUGH GOOGLE LISTS THEM AS TEMPORARILY CLOSED.nnPackages for pickup at this location take a bit longer to be routed from the main post office at Bayshore Ave - they are usually there in the afternoon of the date listed on the notice.
Their envolope price doesn't match the label. Can't even imagine it.
Extremely impolite staff members. When asked, staff members refused my request to see the manager.
