After reading the reviews here and the many dealings with the incompetent staff I understand the USPS does not hold any level of standard towards customer satisfaction nor appreciation. Its a government run organization. What do you expect? Ive been waiting on a package that I ordered over 3 weeks ago and its still not here yet. USPS refuses to give me any information or start a case. It sits at the distribution warehouses for almost a week before its sent to the next. The most ridiculous and lazy lack of regard for anyone I've ever seen. Good thing it wasn't my diabetic supplies. I'd be dead 2 weeks ago.
Vincent has always given me and my Mother great service. My favorite post office! Being a polite and patient customer is well worth the effort.
What an unpleasant experience! I will never go in this post office again. The man working there was extremely rude. It is worth the time for me to go to another location - even though it is farther drive.
This sweet little post office is taken care of by one man who is genuine and helpful. I’m glad we have a little post office in Shell Beach for charm and convenience.
It's been 2 weeks in a row that I have not rec'd the Tuesday shopping ads. It has happened before. I realize our area is used as a training area. Please remind your trainees not to skip that smaller section of community mailboxes in the Pismo Dunes Resort (Senior Park).nThank you.
