Always have problems with walk in. Will only scan 5 paid for labeled packages at counter, no more than that. Come in with way more than 5. Found out they get paid by the click. If package is not scanned, at times it does not reach its destination and I loose money by having to refund or reship. Have to file a case with corporate office to change this policy.The post office is too small and outdated, never enough parking; should be moved to River Islands or Mossdale landing.
Worse customer service ever. Very very rude employees who won’t even look up from their computers. Not sure if anyone who works at this location has a soul. Our company spends thousands of dollars with usps every year. This branch is in need of an audit.
Easy access. Excellent assistance from all clerks.
