1) They never pick up the phone. It’s always “busy”.nn2) The don’t honor pick up requests. This hurts my business. Why offer a service, if you are not going to follow through with it? Don’t mess with my money!! This hurts my ratings and delays my payments.nn3) Deliver mail to the wrong address.
I have been calling for the past couple of days and all the phone does is beep as if the line was busy. I have been waiting for my new mail key for the past 4 weeks and still have not received anything. I don't know how they think that is okay. To make things worse every time I have to go in and pick up my mail the staff is so rude. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
They DO NOT SHIP OUT. If you have something to mail go to 9th St instead. Would be nice if they posted this on the door so you don’t wait in line outside & waste time.
Tried to give it a 0 star but will allow me to only give a one star I’m not the one to complain so just going to leave it at that but all the bad reviews I read are 100% true and someone from upper management needs to address this issue at this location.
I would give them a 0 star rating if I could. One of the people that works at the front desk is pretty rude. They really need to be nicer with customers. We waited for our mailbox keys for 4 months and they think it’s fine. I think this is unacceptable.
