Tried to use the kiosk - it would not work asked one of the clerks working up front they said you’d have to talk to a supervisor. The clerk seemed bothered about getting a supervisor and I had to ask her twice!nThe other lady that did my packages was helpful and provided me with different mailing options as I was trying to ship the cheapest way.
Oliver is a employee who works in this postal office and he is the most efficient and nice person who talk to and work to .nHe is polite and he totally knows what he is doing.!
I only go in to send packages and have been helped by different people and they’ve all been helpful, polite and fast. Only have seen rudeness or bad attitudes from customers.
Beware!!! My mail was tampered with at this location. Someone opened the envelope i mailed. Stole the contents, taped it up, then mailed it. Sketchy people work here!!!
You can drop a package in the slot inside the building at lunch time and no one touches it for 2 days. I wonder if they are short handed or bothered by the covid -19
